Most publishers will already be aware of this but I am seeing some people asking what should be in their Privacy Policy to comply with Google’s TOS. Just so you know, Google require that these updates were in place by April 8th so if you haven’t done it yet I recommend you get on it as a priority. As Google don’t actually give you Privacy Page material to put on your sites, you will need to write your own or go to a trusted source that knows what they are talking about.
Fortunately out there on the internet there is a saviour who is sharing an updated privacy policy you can use on your sites and she’s not charging for it so if you are still scratching your head wondering what to add, then I recommend you go and get it at New Adsense Privacy Policy Sample for publishers.
